- Go to Sales Standard Sales
- Select the customer
- Select the item(s) to return. Tap on the item to show Edit Product Info interface. Tap on “Return Item” button. Tap on the green tick located at right top corner of the interface
- Select the item(s) which price is more than or equal to the return item(s). Proceed to payment to complete the exchange sales.
