1. To enable batch inventory : Go to System Settings General Settings scroll to Sales Settings.
2. Create product with batch : Go to Products Overview / New Product Create product and turn on Batch No. in Feature info
3. Create batch number : Go to Administration Product Batch, add batch number and expiry date.
4. Stock in product batch : Stock in the product and select batch number and stock in quantity.
5. Sales of product batch : Once you enable this function, cashier must key in batch number in sales memo by swiping to left to edit the product information.
6. Inventory of product batch : You are able to review each batch number available quantity.
