Stock Take function enable you to check the actual stock level of consignment outlets.
To access Consignment Stock Take page : Go to Consignment -> Stock Take
The listing on left side shows the status of stock take.
Stock take listing records are classified into 3 status : Open, Confirmed and Voided.
Note that stock take record cannot be voided once it is confirmed.
To add a new stock take :
- Tap on "+ new" icon
- Select item/product to perform stock take
- Key in the quantity of each item and save. A new stock take record is added.
- Tap on the stock take record. Confirm the item quantity or void record and recalculate.
